Wags, Witches & Warlocks
Dress up your family and your pups in your best costumes for a Halloween event benefiting Brandywine Valley SPCA! On Saturday, Oct. 26, 2019 in Bethany Beach, there will be a parade at 10am, followed by a costume contest for families and pets, and lots of festivities including trick or treating! Lots of fun for the whole family – you don’t want to miss this!
